In this post, I’m gonna be talking about the Real Estate Competition. You can either watch this video or continue reading this post:
The Real Estate Competition is an event where players get placed in a competition tier based on the amount of trophies they have. All players start at Bronze 1 with 0 trophies & have to work their way up to King 3 to get the best rewards. Players get Daily Rewards based on the final tier of the previous day. They also get seasonal rewards at the end of the season which lasts for around 30 days. The Real estate competition gives a lot of Roadster Points daily even if you’re only in the Bronze 1 tier. You also get a few Normal Honor Emblem Chests every day. These are new Chests that give you extremely rare emblems. Emblems that you get from these Chests give you 2 buffs instead of 1 making them way more powerful than normal emblems.
During the event, each player gets to set a defensive formation to protect their resources and trophies. I’d suggest using the same formation that you use in the underground tournament for better results. If you don’t know what formation you should be using, I’d suggest reading my Troop Setup Guide where I’ve covered the topic of troop formations in more detail. I’ll leave a link to it at the end of this video. Make sure you’re skilled for battle & are using battle equipment while setting the formation to strengthen your defense, you can also use buffs to make your defense even stronger. You can then attack other players’ defensive formations in order to steal their resources & trophies.
When you go to the Robberies Tab, you get to select who you want to attack from a list of 5 opponents. You can refresh this tab upto 6 times a day. However, you have to beat at least 4 opponents out of the 5 in the list if you want to refresh the tab immediately otherwise you have to wait a few hours after every refresh to refresh the list again. This means that you can attack upto 35 players per day.
You can open the Daily Log tab to see the number of times you were attacked by other players, the number of defenses you won, the number of defenses you lost & the number of players you robbed during the day. The Daily Log tab should allow you to see reports for all of your battles in this event. It will also allow you to get revenge against players that successfully robbed resources from you. This is a very useful feature because let’s say if someone with 1000% stats robs all your resources & if you only have 200% stats, then you know for a fact that you’re never gonna get back those resources & trophies no matter how many times you attack them. But since you don’t lose troops in these battles, you can still attack them a thousand times so that you can later brag about killing over a million of their troops, while only losing a 100 million of yours.
So, that’s all I had to talk about the Real Estate Competition. Overall, It’s a pretty good event & even if you don’t play this event, I’d suggest at least opening the event page daily to claim your free Roadster Points & Emblem Chests.
I hope you guys found this post helpful.
