This post is going give you an overview about the guard event. It’s going to tell you what the guard event is & give you some details about the rewards you get for capturing villages.
Here’s a video that I made on this topic:
The guard event is a one day event in which you can score points by guarding villages. Each village is protected by neutral gangs & you’re supposed to defeat these neutral gangs in order to capture these villages. Once a village is captured, it is supposed to be guarded for some time depending upon its level. Other players can attack you while guarding a village so make sure you have strong troops to guard it. In case a player attacks a village that you’re guarding, they’ll first have to defeat all your troops & after that they’ll have to defeat the neutral gangs in the village as well with their remaining troops. After guarding the village for the required time, you’ll be rewarded with resources and points for the event. Here’s a table showing you how many resources and points you get for guarding villages.
Village Level | Guard Time (minutes) |
Resources | Points | Village Level | Guard Time (minutes) |
Resources | Points |
1 | 7 | 12500 | 5 | 11 | 17 | 137500 | 55 |
2 | 8 | 25000 | 10 | 12 | 18 | 150000 | 60 |
3 | 9 | 37500 | 15 | 13 | 19 | 162500 | 65 |
4 | 10 | 50000 | 20 | 14 | 20 | 175000 | 70 |
5 | 11 | 62500 | 25 | 15 | 21 | 187500 | 75 |
6 | 12 | 75000 | 30 | 16 | 22 | 200000 | 80 |
7 | 13 | 87500 | 35 | 17 | 23 | 212500 | 85 |
8 | 14 | 100000 | 40 | 18 | 24 | 225000 | 90 |
9 | 15 | 112500 | 45 | 19 | 25 | 237500 | 95 |
10 | 16 | 125000 | 50 | 20 | 26 | 250000 | 100 |
Bonus Tip: Although the villages are filled with neutral gangs having a single troop type (i.e. Assassins, Bombers or Massacres) I wouldn’t recommend using the counter and bait strategy as it could backfire if someone attacks you after you occupy a village. It’s better to use troops of all 3 types (Assassins, Bombers & Massacres) equally instead of using just 1 type unless you’re absolutely sure that no one will attack your village.
