In this post, we’re going to be taking a look at the Subjugator & Vanquisher Sets to see whether they’re worth buying or not. You can either watch this video or continue reading this post:
Both of these sets are sets that lets you grind street forces more efficiently. Not only do they increase your stats while attacking street forces. They also increase your crew speed while attacking them & also the amount of experience you can get from them.
In order to get the Vanquisher’s Set, you first need to buy the Subjugator’s Set which costs $100. Then to upgrade the Subjugator’s Set to this one, it’ll cost you another $300. So, to get the full set, it’ll cost you $400. However, to get the pants & shoes which give you an experience boost, it only costs you $100.
In my opinion the only reason that it might be worth buying the these Sets is because of the experience you can get from them. So, let’s compare the additional experience we get from these sets with the $5 experience packs to see when we break even.
Since we only care about experience & not ops speed, we’ll be taking a look at the cost of upgrading only the pants and shoes which give bonus experience & not other equipment pieces.
A $5 pack gives around 2.7 million experience. So, $100 would give you 54 million experience in total.
The Subjugator’s Pants & shoes give a 20% Experience Boost & when you upgrade your pants & shoes to the Vanquisher’s Set, you get another 20%.
A level 35 Street force gives you 8484 experience if you use the Blue Devil Roadster i.e. Because Blue Devil Doubles the amount of street forces you kill & slightly more than doubles the amount of experience you get from them.
With a 20% Boost from the Subjugator’s Set, you’ll be getting a little less than 1700 extra experience for every Street Force you kill using the Blue Devil Roadster. And with another 20% Boost from the Vanquisher’s Set, you’ll be getting another 1700 experience from each Street Force.
So, in order to get the 54 million experience, you’ll have to kill over 31,700 Street Forces with the blue devil roadster or 63,500 Street Forces without.
If we assume that each player kills 100 Street forces daily on an average which is the same as killing 50 Street Forces with the blue devil roadster, it’ll take around 636 days for them to get the full 54 million experience.
So, in my opinion it’s not worth buying either of those sets.
You can also increase the experience boost by augmenting your equipment to level 20. However, even then, it’ll take over 300 days to break even.
Also, keep in mind that this is assuming that there’s no experience boost event in the future. However, if they do have one in the future, you’ll not just get 54 million experience from an experience pack, but you’ll get a total of 86.4 million with the 60% boost. In that case, it’ll take you over a thousand days to break even at 100 Street Forces per day.
So, that’s my opinion on the Subjugator & Vanquisher Sets.
