No Attack Emblems from Reapers & Hospital Cap Update – Mafia City

In this post I wanted to give you guys an update about the healing cost bug that I recently made a post about & also, an update about reapers. You can either watch this video or continue reading this post:

Mafia City – Hidden Caps for Stats

After making the healing cost post. I asked GM why my healing cost was capped at -50% even though I had a healing cost reduction of -61% & I got the following response.

They said that the max amount of the attribute is -50%. So, even if my attribute is over 50% it’ll still count as -50%. Which means that there is a cap of -50% for healing cost that they’ve mentioned nowhere in the game. But what’s even more interesting is that GM also added, this is similar to the Bulker Received Damage attribute which also has a limit.

Now, I had absolutely no idea that the Bulker Received Damage stat had a cap & I’m pretty sure nobody playing the game knew about it because it isn’t mentioned anywhere. I even made a video explaining why Harry would break the game by causing the bulker damage reduction stat to go over -100% which would basically make bulkers immune to damage because I didn’t know there was a cap.

So, the next question I ask is which other stats have caps in the game & what % are they capped at.

And GM responds saying, only healing consumption & bulker / biker / shooter & vehicle received damage are capped. As for the percentages, they can not be told yet as you need some time to explore it after all.

So, they’re basically saying that there is a cap for all of these damage reduction stats. However, you need to spend thousands of dollars maxing out these stats & try to find the cap yourself as we can not tell you what the cap is.

So, that was the response I got from GM about caps on certain attributes. Let me know what you guys think in the comments below.

Also, there’s another update about reapers. Reapers will no longer give you any bulker & biker attack emblems. Now, I don’t know for how long this has been the case, but they never mentioned it in their update notes that reapers would stop giving bulker & biker attack emblems as far as I remember. So, that’s another update that I had for you guys. Let me know your thoughts in the comments below.

I’d like to give a shoutout to Dirty from city 441 for sharing the info about reapers.

      1. Hello,
Could you please tell me specifically from babe, equipment, etc that increase negative bulker receive damage?
        Thank you.

        1. Read my post called “Why Harry will break the game”. I’ve shown the breakdown of bulker received damage in the video at the top of that post & probably in that post too.

  1. i have bought Harry (4 stars) for damage reduction , but i feel ripped off by Yotta because i have already -40% reduction damage ( biker ) and harry will be useless. so i will not upgrade Harry to 5 stars , Thx Flavio !

  2. It seems like the cap for damage reduction is also at 50%.
So would you say Harry is broken or useless if the cap is at 50%?

    1. Can’t comment on that unless we know what the cap is for sure. But if it is -50% then Harry would be less useful. He still helps with Biker, shooter & vehicle received damage though.

  3. So they have added so much content that a good part of it cant be used in top tier causing a few thousand in wasted currency.

Is it me or in the last 6 months they have ramped up the top tier gameplay as those are the ones who are funding the most ?
