In this post, we’re gonna to see what the Maximum Possible Bulker Received Damage Reduction in the game is. You can either watch this video or continue reading this post:
We’ll take a look at all of the passive sources of this stat before we take a look at the active ones.
In the passive section, you have elite investments. You can get upto -10% if you max out these investments for bulkers.
Then there’s the skill tree which can give you upto -20% Bulker Received Damage.
Then there are the vigilantes Kien & Kiko that have passive skills that give -5% each.
And finally you have babes that give a total of -12.5% Bulker Received Damage.
In the active section, you have Harry who gives -25% Bulker Received Damage reduction when maxed out.
You also have vigilante equipment that can reduce it further.
You can get upto -24% if you equip 2 level 35 destroyer dress suits & that number can go all the way upto -29.28% if you add the 20% buff that you get from the hitman investments & 2% buff that you get from the pawnbroker.
You can also get upto -20% if you equip 2 level 20 extremist kung-fu shoes on your vigilantes which can go all the way upto 24.4% with the hitman & pawnbroker buffs
& finally, you can also get upto -12% by equipping 2 Blood Rings on your vigilantes which can be increased to -14.64%
So in total, you can get -145.82% Bulker Received Damage Reduction currently in the game. However, if you remember watching my video on Hidden Caps for Stats, then you probably know that Bulker Received Damage is capped at a certain amount according to GM. However, nobody knows what that amount is. So, make sure you have that in mind before you go on to upgrade your bulker received damage to a higher percentage.
