Recently I managed to max out Antonina using my Universal Officer Statues, so I decided to make this post showing you some cool tricks that you can do with your artillery once you max her out. Most of you might probably already know this, however, if you’re a beginner, you might find this post useful.
The first one is for attacking offline bases. To do this, you’ll need a super heavy or any other Tanky Unit, along with an artillery unit with maxed out Antonina for the extra range.
You first target the base with your Super Heavy & move back 5 grids from the base so it’s out of the range of all enemy units assuming the enemy doesn’t have 5 grid Antonina. Then you open fire with your own artillery from a distance of 5 grids to do damage to the base while your super heavy takes minimal damage.
Unfortunately, this strategy doesn’t work very well when the enemy is online as the enemy can always move their artillery out of their base to attack your artillery & once the artillery is out of the base, the distance between yours & their artillery will only be 4 grids, meaning the enemy artillery will be able to fire off instantly after popping out of the base dealing a lot of damage to your artillery.
The 2nd Trick is for Attacking Ravens. Once you unlock 5 grid Antonina, you can pretty much attack any raven on the map without any losses at all since they’ll never try to attack you. When your artillery attacks ravens from 5 grids away, they don’t even notice that they’re getting attacked, so they don’t retaliate. Thus it becomes a lot easier to kill ravens of any level once you unlock 5 grid Antonina.
Finally, the 3rd Trick is an extension of the 2nd Trick. Since you can target ravens from far away using 5 grid Antonina, you can also charge your officer skills in the same way. All you need to do is you need to target a raven on the map, to charge your officer’s skill a little. Once your artillery is about to fire, you move it 1 grid & retarget the raven & once your skill is ready, you attack the base using the skill.
This is how you can charge officer skills after it got fixed a few updates ago.
