In this post, I’m gonna be talking about the New Gold Rush turf skin & we’re gonna be seeing how long it’ll take for you to get one for free if you’re in different leagues. You can either watch the video or continue reading this post:
For those who don’t know what I’m talking about, the Gold Rush Turf skin is a special skin that you can only obtain from the gold rush event. The mayor of every city that participates in the event will get 15 Giftboxes which they’ll be able to give to 15 different players in the city. Each giftbox will contain a certain number of turf skin fragments based on the Rank & League of the City. You need a total of 75 fragments to get the permanent turf skin.
Before we calculate how long it’ll take for players to get a permanent turf skin from this event, we first need to figure out how frequently this event is going to happen.
The Gold Rush Event itself is a 45 day long event, so the minimum delay between 2 events has to at least be 45 days. However, I think a more realistic estimate would be every 3 months just like the Interstate Event. So, that’s what we’re going to assume for this video. Apart from that we’ll also assume that you always get one of the 15 Mayor’s Gifts Every Event, and we’ll also be assuming that you finish at the same rank in every event. Finally, we’ll be ignoring league promotions as well for this video.
Based on all these Assumptions, it should take you 39 months to get the permanent turf skin if you always finish in first place in the Bronze League.
If you keep finishing in first place in the silver league, then it’ll take you 21 months.
In the gold league, it’ll only take you 12 months to get the permanent mansion if you finish in fist place consistently.
And finally, in the diamond league, it’ll only take you 9 months if you always finish in first place & 15 months if you always finish in last place.
