You can get it by dismantling the dominant set. You should take a look at my post on How to get the warlord set for $700 if you want to know how to do it. Since, it’s similar to dismantling the warlord set.
I have read this article and the “warlord for 700” article and I just want to confirm my math is correct. Please review my plan:
I dismantle the one Gold Warlord piece that I have and get enough aquamarine to build 5 GREEN equipment pieces and 1 BLUE equipment piece. I have built (in advance) 15 level 40 ordinary GREEN equipment pieces so I can instantly synth the 5 GREEN Warlord pieces to BLUE so I expect to have an instant BLUE warlord set and in time I can upgrade it higher. Is this a good plan? It will work, right? I am just nervous about dismantling the gold warlord piece if I have made a mistake here.

Hey Flavio thank you for your hard work. Can we synthesize any pieces of developing vigilante set with normal equipment?
Let me give you an example;
I make a grey any pieces of developing set. And i make 3 pieces of any lvl 20 equipment. So can i synthesize them to get green?

If I understand his question correctly the answer is yes, because I have done it many times.
As I understand it, he wants to make a grey (white actually) piece of a Kingpin set. After that, he will make 3 pieces of any level 20 white equipment. Then he will synthesize the Kingpin piece with the 3 level 20 white equipment pieces.
I did that with all the Kingpin pieces. I am now doing the Terrorizer pieces but i need level 25 white equipments for the synthesis.
So unless I found a bug then it works for Kingpin and Terrorizer pieces.
Onur asked about synthesizing vigilante equipment (developing set) with regular leader equipment equipment. That is impossible. What you’re talking about is synthesizing leader set equipment with leader regular equipment which is definitely possible.

For a terrorizor set which one is better to do.. synthesis them from grey or going straight to gold ?
I am in the process of synthesizing a Terrorizer set from grey. I have one piece of information for you, which I learned from doing this on the Kingpin set.
You need to raise the color of all pieces of the set at the same time if you are planning to use it. So build 18 random level 25 equipment pieces and then quickly synthesize all 6 Terrorier pieces. Reason: You want the bonus from wearing a set and it is not considered a set unless all the pieces are the same color.
I found this out the hard way with the Kingpins. I had a blue set and synthesized one piece all the way to orange. It took a while to see what was happening but then I saw it: I am not getting the set bonus.
