Max Hospital Capacity – Mafia City

In this post, I’m going to be showing you all the different ways of increasing your hospital capacity in the game & also how you can get over 3.4M hospital capacity which is the maximum possible hospital capacity right now in the game. You can either watch this video or continue reading this post:

First of all, we have the default hospital capacity of 500 which is something that everyone in this game has even though most players don’t know about it. If you wanna test whether this is true or not, simply create a new account & demolish all it’s hospitals & you’ll find that you still have 500 extra hospital capacity.

Then you can get upto 140,000 hospital capacity from 8 Elite 5 hospitals. 50,000 more hospital capacity from investments. There’s the level 15 Golden Godfather’s necklace that gives you 40,000 hospital capacity. However, that can be increased to 47,000 because of investments, hitman services, the pawnbroker buffs & James.

Then we have Adriana who gives you 30,000 hospital capacity. You get a total of 75,200 more hospital capacity from all the babes in the game. 25,000 hospital capacity from the support tree & finally 330,000 hospital capacity if you have 6 level 6 hospital capacity emblems equipped that can give you upto 55,000 hospital capacity each.

So, the total hospital capacity you get from all of these sources adds up to 697,700.

However, you can also get percentage buffs from VIP & equipment.

If you’re VIP 10, you get 30% more hospital capacity. The level 48 legendary gun & jacket give you 64.9% hospital capacity each. The level 40 warlord knife gives you 48.5% hospital capacity, The level 43 Ruby Ring gives you 45% more hospital capacity & the level 43 Ultimate Pants & Boots give you 72.9% more hospital capacity each.

If you add up all the percentages, you almost get a 400% hospital capacity buff making the maximum possible hospital capacity in the game 3,482,350.

If you’re a non-spender & you’re looking for hospital capacity equipment, you’d want to use the level 30 french leather shoes, the level 40 italian or the level 40 ultra-formal trousers, The level 40 customized trench coat or the level 40 ultra-formal tuxedo & obviously the level 43 Ruby Ring.

So, that’s how you get the maximum possible hospital capacity in the game.

  1. “the maximum possible hospital capacity in the game 3,482,350” I am curious: Have you (or anyone you know) tested this in practice or is this the theoretical limit? If it is theoretical, what is the maximum hospital capacity you have reached and tested.

The reason I ask is YOTTA puts arbitrary limits on some things and they may have an arbtrary limit on the hospital capacity.

    1. It’s obviously a theoretical limit. They only claim to have hidden limits on the damage reduction & the healing cost reduction stats. It makes sense that they have hidden limits for those stats otherwise the game would be broken. I don’t see any reason for them to have hidden limits for hospital capacity.
