Guess what? I managed to get Candidate Number 1 in this season of the pageant event as well. So, you guys know where you need to send all your votes. That being said, I wanted to explain how the pageant event works as well in this post. You can either watch this video or continue reading this post:
The Beauty Pageant Event is a 4 week event that’s divided into 5 phases.
There’s the Opening Phase that last’s for 3 days. This phase just acts as an announcement that the event is going to begin soon. Nothing really happens during this phase.
The next phase is the registration phase which we are in right now. This phase lasts for 5 days & during this phase, players are able to register for this event using any photo they like provided it’s within the rules of the event.
Whenever a player registers for this event, they & their clan will get some small rewards. However, the clan can only receive registration rewards once.
Once registered, the player will get a Candidate Number which other players will be able to use to voting for them during the event.
The Next Phase is the City Grouping Phase. During this phase, 20 cities are placed into a group & players from those cities will compete within the group. This phase will last for 7 days & players will be able to send & receive votes during these 7 days. At the end of this Phase, the top 10 contestants from each group will move on to the Next Phase
The Next Phase is called the Global Preselection Phase. This phase is similar to the previous one, except there are no more groups. All the contestants that made it to this phase compete against each other for 7 days & only the top 32 contestants at the end of the 7 days make it to the Last Phase.
The Last Phase is called the Final Elimination Phase since during this phase players compete against each other one on one. Each round will last for 1 day & there will be 6 rounds in total. At the end of 6 rounds, only 1 player will remain who will be the winner of the Pageant Event & will get the Permanent Turf Skin, Turf effect & Ops Effect along with other rewards.
Finally, on the last day of the event, the final rankings will be displayed to all players. The top 100 players & their top supporters will be able to get rewards from this event.
The way this event works is as follows. Each player will be able to gift a contestant of their choice Roses, Planes or Bazookas. Roses give contestants 1 popularity point. Planes give 10 points & Bazookas give 100. The player that gives the most popularity points to a contestant becomes their top supporter. The ranking rewards for this event are only received by the top supporters & no one else.
So, that’s how the Pageant Event works. Don’t forget to vote for contestant number 1 once it begins in 4 days.
